THERE is a CAMERA there. Clearly this is either McCain or 9ui11iani people who previously stole some Romney signs going around giving ammo and YT vids about how "dirty the Romney folks are".

I would guess those are McCain folks. (Probably so broke they have to recycle their signs for S.C. anyways)
