Since when are quitting and being fired the same thing?
And btw: The guy oversaw the downfall of the company. Look at their sales for the thirty years he was there. He and a lot of other execs completely fucked up the industry by releasing cars noone wants, but making prototypes everyone wants, but noone can have.
And last, he could've told the O admin "no".
People don't get "fired" at high positions like this...they are asked to step down...forcibly.
Why am I not surprised?
