This is Banksys latest street work on the Essex Road, London N1. I filmed the spot for 1 hour on 6th March 2008. It was interesting to note the diverse cross section of the local community that were interested in his work.

I can understand why some may want to destroy his works. Its so accepted that it ceases having any meaning or relevance; its like a college student wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt. The only thing the piece says now is "I'm a piece by Banksy, I'm quirky and harmless".
