@ marinara: Glad you didn't downvote, even if you disagree with statements made in the video there's a discussion to be had on these topics. The movie was clearly made to increase awareness of the failures of mainstream economics. There are biophysical limits to the economy, and they are pressing down hard lately. Up until the start of the recession you may have been largely insulated from the effects ( I assume you live in the US), but the problems we have outsourced to the rest of the world are coming back around and are being felt everywhere now.
I see nothing wrong with the ad, but I can imagine that it would get some people's feathers ruffled. Good! That's the whole point, our way of life is about to change big time, so we might as well make the adjustments now before we're forced to.
